Flight Instructor / Business Associate Required – August 2025

RAMAL are looking to expand and develop our flight operations and are looking for ambitious Flight Instructors / Business Associates to join our team.

We are offering the right candidate competitive compensation, as well as a long-term business sharing scheme with great potential to grow with the business. Those who have an aviation background such as Flight Instructor and Examiner qualifications would be an advantage.

RAMAL composes of two Flight Training Schools, a CAO Aircraft Maintenance facility and an Aircraft Leasing businesses in the Southeast of England. It is owned and operated by a UK CAA Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and has a unique advantage of a large fleet of Light Aircraft to support our flight operations and a third party Aircraft Leasing and Aircraft Rental business. As we are able maintain and service our aircraft in-house, we can ensure the highest safety standards and operational efficiency.
